If a child lives in England but attends a school in Wales (because they are close to the border) they will be taught the Welsh National Curriculum. Not the English National Curriculum. Will the parents be prosecuted by their Council for not providing a 'suitable education'?

Brilliant piece on Tourette's on The Conversation. Shows another example of how schools fail young people who have serious conditions. We know that small learning communities can provide the support and understanding that schools can't.
