No one ever writes that remote work is permanent. (spoiler, it is).
Instead, they constantly report that some company "ordered" everyone to back to the office.
This has been constant since 2021. In 2022, Goldman Sachs coined "5-0" (5 days in the office).
But, as this chart shows, they never actually return.
We are a few months from the 5th anniversary of telling everyone to work at home. When will we recognize that this is how we work now and that we are not returning to 2019?
