We were featured in a @projo article by the great @antoniafarzan on Al Pacino’s arrest— the anniversary of which is only seven days away (to all who celebrate). And yes, he was really arrested in Woonsocket. providencejournal.com/story/…

Office occupancy has leveled out at 50% If your city leaders aren’t aggressively and actively working to repurpose downtown office buildings, your city (and city budget) are ngmi
No one ever writes that remote work is permanent. (spoiler, it is). Instead, they constantly report that some company "ordered" everyone to back to the office. This has been constant since 2021. In 2022, Goldman Sachs coined "5-0" (5 days in the office). But, as this chart shows, they never actually return. We are a few months from the 5th anniversary of telling everyone to work at home. When will we recognize that this is how we work now and that we are not returning to 2019?

Let's not forget that Jimmy Carter hosted the greatest jazz concert in the history of Washington, D.C.—or maybe anywhere, for that matter.
