You could have shot with a performer with a cleared test, who shot with a performer with a cleared test. STIs don't choose who they go to and when!

It is highly unlikely (but not impossible) that someone contracted HIV from filming on a normal set. It has not happened in this industry in 25 years because of regulation around testing. Your chances of contracting HIV from a single sex act are very, very low.
