my therapist said this to me, and it hit me like a brick “if it drains you, it’s not for you. love, friendships, jobs, anything meant for you will nourish you, not exhaust you. 1/2

Your mental game will always determine how much you improve. People get stuck because they're afraid to fail. Needing reassurance often means you're losing the mental game. Take action, improve 1%, and then... Remove judgement. Just take action and observe.

Just wondering if ChatGPT's new image generation could just remove the background for something. I saw someone else create a "green screen" for a person in a photo. But, in general ChatGPT seems to redraw instead of remove.

I'm never going to understand how @discord allowed this. I get it... it gives you a place to see who's typing. But, design shouldn't be sacrificed when the big play was to upgrade the UI.

You see it. The signs are there. Not sure what to do next? Take action—because action leads to results. Still unclear? Learn. Start by asking better questions. Use AI to guide you. Ask, reflect, act. Repeat. That’s how clarity builds.

You are the most important part of this post. Think about it—whenever you scroll a thread, watch a video, or read a post… You're asking: "What’s in it for me? Is there something here I can use? Something that'll actually help me?" That’s not selfish. It’s human nature.🧵

Try this instead: "Get shredded using the best tools available—so you see results fast." Now, it's about their result. Their win. Here’s the shift: Make them the hero. Show them how they win. You’ll win by default.

Want a quick fix? Drop one of your posts or ads into ChatGPT. Then ask it: "Rewrite this to focus on the reader’s outcome. Make them the hero of the story." See how different it feels?

You don’t need better answers. You need better questions. Most people treat AI like a toy. They play with possibilities and show off the “macaroni art” they make. But if you’re building a business, AI can walk you through every step of your digital foundation. Here's how...

Why does this work? 1️⃣ It forces you to focus. One question at a time: clarity = better decisions. 2️⃣ It builds your authority. You’re guiding the ship, even when ChatGPT is helping. And if you get stuck? Ask: “Tell me what you recommend.” or “Give me some starter ideas.”

No shame in using the tool to its fullest. You’ll refine your message faster. You’ll learn what actually aligns with you — and what doesn’t. It all starts with better questions. Sometimes, even ChatGPT helps you figure out which ones matter.

So much of feeling lost is because you're focusing too much on what you want Will this make me a lot of money? How much time will it take? What will happen to me if it doesn't work out? But with a simple reframe, the path becomes clear. How can I uniquely leverage my specific gifts, advantages, and skills in order to provide value to the world? The former causes you to "search." What I want seems like it doesn't exist, and I need to find it somehow. It's a scarce way to think The latter "attracts." The assumption is that opportunity is perpetually everywhere. It's all around you. You just need to open your eyes and insert yourself into the abundance of positions where you can help someone Apply this to relationships as well. The world can't give you what you want until you give it what it needs. Instead of seeking the reward, let your efforts reflect back to you
