@HelloFresh I am so sad I had to cancel today.I love your food and your menus.But since you switched to Door Dash for delivery we have only gotten 1 out of 8 meals on the day they were ordered for. You read that correctly, 1 out of 8. FedEx was so much better.

When Door Dash is late the ice is usually melted and the food is gross. But that honestly is beside the point. We order on a specific day because that is when we need dinner. Let us know if you ever switch back to FedEx.

@UbisoftSupport so frustrated with the non-answrrs from your support team. Avatar opens and gets error Reverie-2-22 before even the screen that lets you choose a save game on Xbox. I opened a support case(21234595) and they kept responding with questions I had already answered.

Finally they just closed the case and said. We know about the error but we don't know when we can fix it. So now I'm stuck with a dead game youtu.be/myPRoLy2lsM

@FiveGuys Fix your app! I ordered dinner and when I drove to the store it was closed. I was early to get my order BTW. I banged on the door and got their attention. They said sorry we would have to come back tomorrow and they would honor the order. They would not give a refund.

I called 866-345-GUYS and they took my complaint and then went dark. After not hearing from them for 24hrs I called the store and got a voicemail not configured message. What terrible customer service. Three attempts to fix the problem and now I will have to dispute the charge.

It is time to come out of hiding and admit publicly that I really like #TheOrville.And in the latest episode, the space battle set to the great @DollyParton singing 9 to 5 was genius and hysterical. I smiled from ear to ear watching it. #TheOrville is the Avenue Q of Sci Fi.

@IKEAUSA shipping process is a total disaster. 1st you set a delivery window of 9:00AM - 9:00PM. Who does that? Then you don't show up in the window.Then your customer support says, call @XPOLogistics. After 4hr hold time they blame you and say they never received the product.

When I say I got a delivery confirmation call. They said that those are automated and should not be trusted. I ask when I will receive my product. They say to call you. I try and your system is down. Based on the angry tweets @ you, you don't have it together. No idea what to do.

@panerabread I know it will not look exactly like the pic. But this is bad.When I told Mgmt that there was still skin on the only large avocado, I got a line about how it will nvr look like the pic because the pic is professionally done. I wish my meal was professionally done.

For the record, this pic was taken 2 mins after they made it. They also forgot my soup. And it was actually two different employees that gave me the line about the pic. The mgr did eventually give me more avocado after making me feel bad for complaining.
