Over the past week, I had a bit of a scare when my @Topstep funded accounts were flagged and deactivated for suspected hedging activity. After continued communication and a thorough review by their Risk Team, my accounts are now being reinstated with balances fully restored. The flag was ultimately determined to be incorrect. Huge thanks to Risk Manager Jasmine and CS team member Emily for taking the time to revisit the case and see it through. This kind of transparency and follow-up goes a long way. Platforms grow, processes evolve. How a prop firm handles that growth is what builds lasting trust with traders in it for the long game. One potential suggestion for the future, @michaelpatak: Consider adding a feature that alerts or blocks traders from opening conflicting positions across accounts or tabs. It could help prevent accidental violations and support traders working hard to stay within the rules. Grateful to be back and ready to trade.
