Using Trumpian logic the correct conclusion is an electric boat with a dead battery would actually be a lot lighter than when the battery was fully charged. Electricity is very heavy.
Trump: You had to have an electric boat even though they didn't work, and even though once you got out there, you had a problem because you couldn't get back because they didn't charge long enough. The electric battery is much heavier, so the boat has a tendency to sink .
