I’ve been saying this for ages. Translate your content to different languages. If you post an English video, and it flops, it doesn’t mean it will in other languages. Many of my worst and best performing English videos have done insanely well in e.g. French and Spanish. Why? Mainly because the competition is lower - or non-existent in many niches.
