Remember that it was under Biden that Nancy Pelosi directly accused Madea Benjamin and CODEPINK of being agents of “China.” Democrats may calculate that they need Hasan Piker now. But if they win, and he continues to double down on his illiberal positions regarding China, Cuba, NATO skepticism, anti-Zionist resistance and even history - they will assuredly crush him. In fact, the Zionist Democrats may not even intervene to help Hasan against Trump now. They may simply, quietly allow what could be a future threat to be eliminated by Trump, and then become blameless. I have criticized Hasan’s Democrat politics from day 1. This strain of illiberal Left-Wing politics, if cultivated, will never be given a platform in the Democratic Party - and will require capturing demographics OUTSIDE the Democrat electorate to shore up a strong foundation. The wise move is to now make alliances with all principled anti-regime dissidents beyond the DNC-aligned media ecosystem, and invest in alternative, independent forms of organization. That is my sincere recommendation and advice as someone who would prefer not to see Hasan Piker’s entire platform destroyed.
