#GGT2030 Action Labs Workshop
Gauteng MEC for Economic Development, Agriculture and Rural Development,
@VuyiswaRamokgop, today convened the GGT2030 Action Labs Workshop, bringing together government, industry leaders, academia and sector specialists to assess progress in driving inclusive economic growth across Gauteng.
The workshop highlighted progress across the eleven active Action Labs focused on key sectors, including automotive, ICT and digital services, agro-processing, green economy and energy, transport and logistics, and mining and mineral beneficiation. The initiative continues to strengthen collaboration between government and industry to unlock investment, support innovation, create jobs and address sector-specific challenges.
To date, 154 Action Lab members have formally been appointed across the sectors, reinforcing Gauteng’s commitment to partnership-driven economic development under the Growing Gauteng Together 2030 vision.
