There's NO autonomy in #HISD. Mike Miles refused to let the schools do any STAAR preparation but STAAR scores are a part of teachers'/principals' evaluation? There's ZERO training on MAP testing yet it's a part of the evaluation. This is only on paper nothing will change.

Miles is trying to take credit for STAAR scores he had nothing to do with. Look up these NES schools using the 2023 Texas Academic Performance Report (TAPR) rptsvr1.tea.texas.gov/perfre… to dispel the propaganda coming from #HISD Many of the schools on this list were NOT failing.
