#CarbonaraDay turns 10 today! 📷 Carbonara is iconic thanks to a unique mix of quality ingredients and tradition. To make it, you only need pasta, eggs, pecorino , guanciale, and black pepper. Created by IPO to celebrate the original recipe, it has become a global phenomenon.

Gluten is a natural network of proteins found in wheat and other grains. It forms when flour meets water and gives pasta its structure, elasticity and “al dente” bite. For most people it’s digestib; only those with celiac disease or specific sensitivities need to avoid it.
