Construction Safety Week is a reminder that safety starts with open communication and shared responsibility. We held our annual companywide safety meeting with our PMs, superintendents, field teams, and an OSHA representative to review jobsite concerns and ways to keep improving.

Real project value starts early. Integrated Builders reduced complexity, avoided unnecessary scope, and delivered buyout savings through targeted fire protection and mechanical optimizations, while smart permitting and early long-lead releases helped protect the schedule.

PROJECT COMPLETE: Integrated Builders repositioned an existing 93,852 SF flex building to better support flex/R&D and shallow-bay warehousing users, including selective second-floor removal to create 24' clear heights and functional warehouse/flex space.
