Update on the budget committee TWGA structure: Original plan: 2 bundled treasury withdrawals β€” chosen because Intersect couldn't produce multiple TWGAs in one funding round. New info: Intersect has confirmed they can now produce single TWGAs for every proposal clearing 67% at the hydra voting stage. Question to the community β€” do we: β€’ Switch to single TWGAs per proposal, or β€’ Keep the bundled structure already in the info action? Looking for DRep and community input before the committee decides. #Cardano

2026 Budget Process facilitated by Intersect When you vote on a single proposal on the Hydra Voting platform, your stake is then counted as participating stake across the whole ballot. Any additional proposals that you have not voted on are calculated as a "No" vote. This video shows how to vote Yes/No or Abstain on an individual proposal.

PRO TIP: If you want to vote on multiple proposals and reduce scrolling, you can select the "Not voted yet" button to float any unvoted proposals to the top of the list each time you cast a vote. In this video, multiple Abstain votes are cast as an example. This might be helpful if you do not want your stake to negatively impact another proposal as an implicit "No" vote while allowing yourself time to revisit it later.

The archive pulls from Catalyst records and on-chain sources, giving DReps a structured way to explore past treasury activity as context for current and future decisions. It's a discovery tool β€” not a verdict on any project. (2/3)

Why another Info Action for "Cardano Budget Process Framework (facilitated by Intersect)" in 2026? 🧡 The reason for a new Info Action this year is because the process has changed enough since 2025 to warrant seeking a new mandate from DReps. If approved, this process is proposed for reuse in the years ahead, reducing the need for repeated Info Actions every year. In this thread we break down some of these changes πŸ‘‡οΈ

Voting Phase πŸ—³οΈ - Clearer thresholds - the 67% off-chain approval bar is explicitly defined, with two tiers of consolidated TWGAs - NCL compliance checks - proposals are ranked by DRep support and allocated against the available Net Change Limit in order - Waiting list mechanism - proposals that meet the 67% threshold but can't fit within the NCL are held rather than rejected outright
