This attack was not approved by Congress and holds dangers for all Americans. The American people do not want another endless war in the Middle East. "This attack may set back, but will not stop Iran's efforts to get a nuclear bomb. The regime can rebuild its program and will now be highly motivated to do so. A diplomatic solution remains the best way to permanently and verifiably prevent Iran from acquiring a nuclear weapon.
