SpaceX created over 4,400 millionaires today, and many of them are regular working people. They are not executives or founders, they are welders, technicians, machinists, and launch crew, the people who showed up every day and built the rockets with their hands. Around 400 of them are sitting on stakes worth over $100 million each. For context, Google's IPO created roughly 1,000 millionaires. Facebook's created around the same. SpaceX is doing more than four times both of them in a single day. Juan Hernandez is one of them.
A man working as a welder at SpaceX for $28 an hour has just become a millionaire. Juan Hernandez, who came from Mexico, welded rockets for SpaceX at $28 an hour. SpaceX gave him $10,000 in stock when he went full time in 2015, and he bought more with every paycheck for 10 years. $SPCX is now trading at $167, making his shares worth over $1 million.

IMO, it’s only a matter of time before Tesla Robotaxis dominate the U.S. Right now, people are still debating who will win autonomy. But years from now, I think it will look obvious in hindsight. Tesla is already live in: • Austin, Texas → June 22, 2025 • San Francisco Bay Area, California → Late July 2025 • Dallas, Texas → April 18, 2026 • Houston, Texas → April 18, 2026 And the team is preparing for: • Phoenix, Arizona • Miami, Florida • Orlando, Florida • Tampa, Florida • Las Vegas, Nevada No confirmed launch dates yet, but the groundwork is happening... This is how the future starts. Slow at first. Then suddenly everywhere. And once Tesla Robotaxis scale across the country, and eventually the world, the winner of autonomy will become impossible to ignore.

Real estate has the 1031 exchange. Sell a property, roll into another, defer the tax, keep capital moving. Equities should have some version of this. Capital markets would be more efficient if investors weren’t incentivized to sit in yesterday’s winners just to avoid a tax hit.
had lunch with stanford friends and the story was the same all millionaires thanks to huge gains in tech stocks but no one wants to sell because of 37.1% tax hit so they still can't afford a single family home this is way more common than people realize

Key to winning: Choose to be positive and grateful. Then, just keep at it. Time is the great compounder and will do the rest. So many people just don’t have the discipline to stay positive and grateful. Then time compounds the bitterness instead.

It took 3.5 years for this bull market to double, a tad faster than normal. Did you know after previous bull markets doubled they had another three years on average left?

Warren Buffett retires today, most likely in his mind at the closing bell, just minutes from now. Congratulations to the greatest investor the world will ever know. The returns speak for themselves - Berkshire earned 6,118,651% or 19.9% annually over his 60 years running the company. The S&P 500 returned 46,491%, or 10.4%. Berkshire’s shares could decline by 99.2% and still have outperformed the market. The record is even greater when including the partnerships he ran through 1969. However, it is not the returns but the way Warren did it that matters most; with integrity and morality - and with humility and humor. He didn’t have to teach, but he did. On behalf of so many of us, thank you, sir.
