🚨 FINTECH WEEK AHEAD: June 9–13 Markets just snapped a 9-week win streak after a jobs beat revived “higher-for-longer” fears. This week decides: pause… or top? Here are 5 catalysts that actually matter for fintech 👇 ⸻ 1) 🚀 SpaceX IPO (RUMORED) - THE RETAIL STRESS TEST Timing & terms unconfirmed If SpaceX moves toward public markets, this won’t be about valuation, it’ll be about plumbing. Fintech angle: • KYC queues 🧾 • Instant-deposit spikes ⚡ • Fractional share demand 🧩 • Day-1 options volume 📈 Watch infra, not price: $HOOD (Robinhood) $SOFI (SoFi) ⸻ 2) 📊 CPI (WED) PPI (THU) - CUTS VS REALITY Sticky core rising energy = the Federal Reserve back in hawk mode 🦅 Fintech angle: Hot prints hit first: • BNPL margins 💳 • Private credit 🏦 • Lending fintech multiples 📉 Growth fintech rerates before big tech does. ⸻ 3) 🤖 ORACLE (WED) / ADOBE (THU) - SHOW ME THE MONEY $ORCL (Oracle) $ADBE (Adobe) This is the AI receipt check. Fintech angle: If Oracle misses, every “AI-powered underwriting / fraud / compliance” startup pitch gets questioned immediately. ⸻ 4) 📱 APPLE WWDC (MON) - AI IN YOUR POCKET At $AAPL WWDC, Apple pushes AI deeper into iOS, potentially via $GOOG Gemini. Fintech angle: Apple already owns the wallet 🍎💳 Smarter Siri enables: • Voice payments 🎙️ • Proactive budgeting 📊 • On-device financial copilots 🤝 This is Apple Pay 2.0 groundwork. ⸻ 5) 🧠 TSMC SALES (WED) - THE BOTTLENECK NOBODY TALKS ABOUT $TSM (TSMC) Fintech angle: No chips → no inference → higher cloud costs ☁️ Soft guidance = fintech infrastructure margins stay squeezed. ⸻ 🧠 MY PLAYBOOK • Long vol into CPI 🌪️ • Avoid day-1 IPO FOMO ❌ • Buy brokerage infrastructure, fade hype • Watch lending spreads, not just $QQQ I’ll break each print live. Follow @InvestWithDeniz if you trade fintech signal, not noise. Let’s have a wonderful week ahead 💙

The US won't fund basic income with taxes. It will fund it by buying OpenAI stock.🧠 Trump confirmed Friday his team is "looking into" US government equity stakes in AI companies, with a White House CEO meeting next week. This isn't a subsidy. It's ownership. We've seen the playbook already: ∼10% of Intel, stakes in quantum and rare earths, now parked inside the new US Sovereign Wealth Fund created by EO in Feb 2025. The model exists. Alaska has done it since 1982. Every resident gets a yearly check $1,000 in 1982, $331 in 1984, peaked at $2,072 in 2015, $1,702 in 2024. No means test. Paid from oil royalties invested. Swap oil for AI. If a US fund held just 5% of a $5T AI market and paid out 5% annually, that's about $48 per adult to start. At 10% of an $8T market, about $154 per year. Small at first, but it compounds, and it's not funded by income tax. That's why Trump and Bernie Sanders are suddenly saying the same thing about "public partnership." Different politics, same math: who owns the upside? My thesis: Public equity in AI is the only realistic path to a US citizen dividend without raising taxes. Everyone built the Brain. No one secured the upside for citizens. Do you want the government as a shareholder in AI, yes or no? #AI@InvestWithDeniz Not financial or policy advice. DYOR

Watching today's dip and thinking "is something big happening?" Let me be clear: no. This is how markets work. Drop comes, then fear gets pumped. Now it's the same old story: "rate hike is coming..." Don't buy it. There is no rate hike coming. Especially not in an election year. What you saw today wasn't panic. It was profit-takers rotating. Have a nice weekend everyone 💙 $QQQ $NVDA $META $MSFT

🧵 The macro setup in US equities right now deserves your full attention. Here's what the data is telling me, and why I think the window is narrowing fast. 👇 1/ $SPY just crossed 7,600 for the first time in history. But beneath the surface, a rotation is happening. Chips cooling off. Down hitting records. Breadth widening beyond mega-cap tech. That's not a warning sign; that's a healthier market. 2/ Macro conditions supporting equities right now: • Job openings surged to 7.6M—the highest since May 2024 • AI infrastructure spend accelerating (not slowing) • The Fed is still data-dependent; no surprise hikes on the horizon • Corporate earnings season resumes mid-July with strong expectations 3/ $QQQ is cooling off from chip euphoria, but that's exactly where rotational opportunity lives. Yes, oil is elevated. Yes, geopolitical tension (US-Iran) adds noise. But historically, markets climb walls of worry. 4/ I'm not saying back up the truck blindly. I'm saying this if you've been sitting on the sidelines waiting for clarity. This. Is. The. Clarity. The market is telling you something. Are you listening? 5/ Positioning matters more than prediction. Diversify. Size your entries. Don't chase single names. $DIA at all-time highs tells you this isn't just a tech story anymore; breadth is real. The window won't stay open forever. 🔑 $SPY $QQQ $DIA

Why I’m buying $SMTC near its 52-week high 🧵📡🤖 Most people buy breakouts. I’m buying the setup underneath one. At ~$169, Semtech looks like it’s just below resistance. But the 12–18 month thesis isn’t about the chart, it’s about two structural tailwinds that the market hasn’t fully priced in yet. ⸻ 1️⃣ AI data centers: inside the room where standards get made 🧠⚡ Semtech didn’t just benefit from the AI capex boom and they joined the 400G optical alliance alongside $AVGO, $CSCO, and $NVDA as a contributor, not a follower. Record data center revenue in Q1. 800G FiberEdge driving the ramp. Active demos underway for 3.2T links. That’s not AI adjacency. That’s being embedded in the plumbing of next-gen clusters before the volume hits. ⸻ 2️⃣ LoRa: the IoT standard that quietly won 🌍📶 LoRaWAN is Semtech’s crown jewel and it just got stickier. In March, $AMZN confirmed LoRa stays core to Sidewalk, which is now expanding from ~95% U.S. coverage into Canada and Mexico. Add a new Trident IoT deal for multi-protocol smart home adoption. This isn’t one-off silicon. It’s ecosystem lock-in at continental scale. ⸻ 3️⃣ The re-rating hasn’t happened yet 📊 Consensus PT sits at ~$180. Long-term models point to ~$1.3B revenue by 2028. Gross margins already at ~51.6%. If data center mix keeps rising, the multiple expansion case writes itself and Q2 earnings could be the catalyst. ⸻ AI needs faster, lower-power interconnects. IoT needs a standard that actually works at scale. $SMTC owns critical pieces of both and the Street is still catching up. As always, not financial advice, do your own research. But what’s your read on Semtech Corporation? Overvalued near the high, or just getting started? 👇

📊 1–2 Year High-Conviction Allocation (Cycle-Focused) This portfolio is built for the next 12–24 months, not forever. The goal: earnings acceleration AI infrastructure demand cyclical rebounds. 🧠 Allocation $MU – 30% Memory is coming out of a deep down-cycle. Pricing is improving, AI workloads are memory-intensive, and earnings are rebounding fast. → Highest upside, highest volatility. $NVDA – 25% Still the center of the AI capex cycle. Margins pricing power remain unmatched. → Slightly lower weight due to size & expectations, but still essential. $AMD – 20% AI accelerator ramp CPU share gains. Street expectations remain conservative relative to execution. → Strong asymmetry if AI traction accelerates. $AVGO – 15% AI networking custom silicon = steadier earnings visibility. → Balances volatility without killing upside. $MSFT – 10% Cloud AI monetization enterprise lock-in. → Portfolio stabilizer, not a short-term rocket. ⸻ 🎯 Key Thesis This is a cycle trade, not a forever portfolio Overweight earnings inflection capex beneficiaries Expect volatility, not smooth returns I’ll reassess when: Memory pricing peaks AI capex slows Valuations fully price perfection Not financial advice. Just my framework. #Investing

$NOK at ~$16 still feels wildly underpriced 🚀 $NVDA didn’t drop $1 billion at $6.01 per share in October 2025 for nostalgia. Instead, they made a significant investment of approximately 2.9% to directly embed GPUs into the network stack. This move aims to revolutionize AI-RAN and pave the way for the development of 6G technology. Telecom isn’t just connectivity anymore. It’s becoming edge AI compute. I believe in Nokia. Not financial advice, please do your own research. 💎

🚨Everyone keeps asking: "Is the AI trade over?" Meanwhile, $HPE just posted: 💥 Revenue: $10.68B ( 40% YoY) 💥 EPS: $0.79 vs $0.53 expected 💥 Raised guidance 💥 Networking revenue 148% YoY 💥 Stock 23% AH Remember when HPE was considered a legacy hardware company? Today it effectively told the market the following: "We're hitting our 2028 targets... in 2026." That's what happens when enterprises start spending billions on AI infrastructure. The market narrative is changing: Phase 1: Buy the chips $NVDA Phase 2: Buy the servers $DELL Phase 3: Buy the infrastructure powering the entire AI economy $HPE The AI gold rush is getting broader. And HPE just became impossible to ignore.🚀

Everyone thinks 8,000 is ambitious. The funny part? If $NVDA, $MSFT, $META, and $AMZN keep executing, 8,000 won't be the story. The story will be Wall Street scrambling to explain why they were too conservative. The sequence is predictable: 🤖 AI earnings beat 🐻 Bears capitulate 🏦 Targets get revised higher 🔥 Retail FOMO peaks The crowd never believes a bull market until it's obvious. Bookmark this. We'll revisit it before year-end. 📈🚀

Cash is cash, and it is going away slowly. The harsh truth. 📉 If you have been waiting the last two months for the right time to invest, here is what you missed out on since just March: 🟢 S&P 500: 16% 🟢 $AAPL : 23% 🟢 $NVDA : 21% The market moves whether you are in it or not. Don’t let your buying power fall behind. Start to compound now. 💸 #Investing #MarketUpdate #FinancialFreedom

$FLNC - Full Picture 👇 🏢 Fluence Energy is the global leader in intelligent energy storage. Utilities, power grids, and now AI data centers. 📊 Q2 FY2026 Numbers: • Revenue $465M ( 7.7% YoY) • Record $5.6B backlog 📈 • $900M liquidity • FY2026 guidance reaffirmed: $3.2–$3.6B ⚡ The AI angle is the real story here. Fluence has secured master supply agreements with two major hyperscalers and is in the process of opening a pipeline for a 12 GWh data center. AI GPU clusters require power stability in milliseconds, and Fluence’s hardware is designed to meet this demand. 🏦 Analyst targets: • Goldman Sachs: Buy @ $20 • Susquehanna: Positive @ $23 • Citi: Neutral @ $26 ⚠️ Risks to know: • Still not profitable (net loss $20.9M in Q2) • Controlling shareholders sold 20M shares at $21 • 117M shares registered for future sale • Extremely volatile - $12 → $27 → ~$18 in weeks 🎯 The first hyperscaler order is expected in Q3, which will be the next significant catalyst to watch. Please do your own research; this is not financial advice.

BIG move for $FLNC. ⚡️ Fluence just partnered with NVIDIA & Siemens to build the official reference architecture for AI data centers (NVL72). They aren't just selling batteries anymore; they are now part of the standard blueprint for the future of AI infrastructure. From "grid storage" to "data center backbone." The narrative is shifting fast. 🚀 $NVDA #Siemens

🧵 Trade Republic vs IBKR - which broker is right for you in Germany? No sponsorship, no affiliation. Just trying to help my followers choose right. 👇 🇩🇪 TAX HANDLING • Trade Republic → automatic. Taxes go straight to Finanzamt. Zero headaches. • IBKR → you do it yourself. The Vorabpauschale alone can cost you 10 hours/year. 💶 FEES • Trade Republic → €1 flat per trade, free Sparplan • IBKR → ~$1 min per trade, but near-zero FX conversion (0.03%) 🌍 MARKET ACCESS • Trade Republic → EU-focused, no direct US exchange access, EUR only • IBKR → 150 exchanges, multi-currency, options, bonds - the full toolkit ✅ MY TAKE: Choose Trade Republic if you're doing simple long-term ETF investing in Germany. Choose IBKR if you're an active trader, hold large non-EUR positions, or might move abroad. Both are solid. Know your needs. 🙌 What do you think? @TradeRepublic @IBKR

Everyone claims stocks are “overvalued,” but they’re mistaken. The Federal Reserve has printed trillions of dollars, and M2, the money supply, has increased by 4.7% year-over-year, the fastest growth since 2022. Cash hasn’t disappeared; it has flowed into assets. Consequently, stocks haven’t become expensive; your dollars have become cheaper.
