During yesterday’s Senate hearing, Sen. Chuck Grassley noted that no small refineries have shut down because of E15. Secretary Brooke Rollins agreed, saying she is not aware of any refinery closures tied to E15. That’s important for Iowa, where expanded access to E15 supports corn demand, strengthens rural communities, and gives drivers a lower-cost fuel option. #E15 #Ethanol #IowaAG #FuelingIowa

From Iowa corn fields to global shipping lanes. A new Reuters report highlights growing momentum for ethanol as a marine fuel, with major shipping companies exploring ethanol-powered vessels and new opportunities emerging around the world. If ethanol captures just 5% of the global marine fuel market, it could create billions of gallons of new demand while strengthening markets for Iowa corn growers and biofuel producers. It's another example of how renewable fuels can power the future on the road, in the air, and now on the water. Read more: reuters.com/business/energy/… #Ethanol

Some careers begin with a job. Others begin with a belief. Elite Octane CEO Nick Bowdish first invested in ethanol as a teenager, using $5,000 he earned mowing lawns to buy shares in a new ethanol plant in his hometown. Today, he leads three ethanol facilities across Iowa and Nebraska, including Elite Octane in Atlantic and serves as IRFA's Board President. His story is a reminder that renewable fuels are not just producing cleaner, homegrown energy. They are creating opportunities for the next generation of rural leaders and innovators. Read more about Nick's journey and his commitment to Iowa's renewable fuels industry. Read here: swiowanewssource.com/atlanti… #IowaRenewableFuels #Ethanol #HomegrownEnergy #RuralAmerica #FuelingIowa

Grassley emphasized that year-round E15 would help lower fuel costs for consumers, expand markets for Iowa-grown corn, and strengthen the state's agricultural economy. He urged Congress to pass E15 into law and provide long-term certainty for farmers, fuel retailers, and drivers. Speech Video: youtube.com/watch?v=vgwwvA7f… #E15 #ethanol #IowaAgriculture

Two decades in the Air Force taught me that "Iowa nice" isn't always mission critical. Sometimes delivering for Iowa means going head to head with your own party to deliver the Farm Bill and year-round, nationwide E15.
