It's really nice seeing things come together.
For example:
Making a change with UI.
It creates a meaningful diff for a PR.
GH actions run to reproduce CAD artifacts, like the updated geometry file and a snapshot.

🚨 ATTN! Zoo will be hosting a "Mechanical Design Makeathon" on October 18th as part of #LATechWeek!
Join us for an action-packed day of building, with the entire Zoo team on hand to guide, demo, and collaborate!
Register here: lu.ma/ZooMakeathonLATechWeek
There's a new int function in KCL in today's v0.24.5 release, which means you can do math in patternTransform's, so @frank_noirot used it to make responsive rack gear

AI Revolutionizes Hardware Development
Jordan dives into:
- Why @zoodotdev started by building a novel geometry engine
- How the founding team’s background led to Zoo’s products
- The impact of generative AI on hardware design
- Zoo’s expansion from software for hardware design, to software for the full hardware development cycle
- Why they open sourced their software

The other day someone told me “you should have your labelers do X”
I laughed so hard, we wish we had labelers! We have two nerds in a dark room* in Ohio! At launch it was 1 nerd!
Suffice to say, the model will only get better.
*the room is not actually dark afaik
We have various CAD tools to build rockets and houses, but not both at the same time. So if you need to make a colony in space, you’re stuck. Or not? I am happy to share that from now on, I'm helping @zoodotdev build tools that will bring us to interstellar travel: 🧵thread 1/8
