I missed my connecting bus & told the driver that it was unfair to leave 9 minutes late. She said: "Better late than early." I repeated "It's not fair to make me miss my connection." She said: "I really don't care what you say. You can say what you want." @WeGoTransit

In older Wall St buildings you can open windows, in newer ones you cannot. But both types are being turned into residential buildings, a complex process that takes big amounts of capital to "pencil out." At 5PM however I saw remaining Wall Street workers heading for the trains.

I saw some FIFA travelers wearing their countries' colors: some Colombians and some men in Scottish quilts. But perhaps the latter weren't for FIFA?
All in all, I spent 20 hours time-traveling in more than one sense!

I often walk home in the early hours. I see the guys and women who collect trash for the BSR in Berlin. And I think, even for a short while I want to do this job. Collecting trash before people wake up.

If you're going to fly, fly early in the day. By afternoon, all the little delays pile up and you're stuck in the airport with a growing mass of people listening to all the announced delays and cancellations (because pilots have reached their max times, because weather somwhere).
