I’m in Morrow County where the man accused of shooting and killing Deputy Daniel Sherrer is expected in court at 1p. This is a change of plea hearing. The defendant, Brian Wilson, originally plead not guilty. Previous coverage here: nbc4i.com/news/local-news/mo… @nbc4i

Upon that discharge neighbors called 911, Sherrer was dispatched and found Wilson, Wilson issued warnings then discharged firearm a # of times. State believes that based upon info provided Wilson was intoxicated when discharged firearm.
