Colorado really got swept by this Vegas team, and Carolina played one opponent all postseason with a 100 point season. What a joke they are going to win it all.

Why you throwing shade at Vladar? He was more valuable to Flyers than Schaefer was to the Isles. Without Valadar Flyers don’t make the playoffs … with Schaefer The Isles still missed the playoffs. And if you don’t believe he deserved his MVP vote just ask Gretzky!

Hate them so much but obviously respect them. I think Jordan Staal has been the best 3C in the NHL and their 2nd line featuring younger players is a good blueprint for the rest of the league:

Historically speaking, you can hit on defensemen later in the drafts, and the right-side is the biggest need for the prospect pool right now.
I’d also like another Center, but that’s not as urgent. Slowly convincing myself pick #13 this year for Kyrou is worth it…
