I believe Graham Platner’s version of events when it comes to his tattoo. I believe he didn’t know what it was when he got it. If he were a Nazi, there would be at least some evidence of that from when he was posting controversial things on the internet. The evidence shows quite the opposite. He is not a Nazi and has actually spoken out against Nazism and antisemitism. The media won’t report on that part of his history because it doesn’t fit the narrative they are trying to paint of him.

CNN's @KFile reports on evidence that undercuts Senate candidate Graham Platner's claim that he only learned of his tattoo's Nazi associations last year. A woman who previously spoke to CNN anonymously is now going public, saying Platner referred to the image as "my Totenkopf" years before the controversy. She also provided CNN text messages showing that months before Platner says he learned the symbol's Nazi meaning, she was discussing among her friends.
