ALT Following purchase of The Nicholsons Centre Maidenhead from the Administrator, appointed by Areli Real Estate and Tikehau Capital in March 2019 (reporting to NewRiver as Asset Manager) with the vision of turning a non-performing covered shopping centre into a new town centre for Maidenhead.
Planning consent granted March 2021 for comprehensive regeneration of the site totalling 1.5 m sq ft to create the Nicholson Quarter an open street and square scheme comprising c 600 homes, workspace, shops and restaurants with generous public space.

Jackson Criss negotiated 10 1954 Act lease renewals, introducing landlord’s options to determine to enable the development. Additionally, negotiated 14 variations to leases to allow landlord to secure possession.
