Just published my first guide! It’s a short intro guide to Hook LB! Doesn’t go to in depth with matchups, but if you’re just learning her or want to pick up the deck, give it a read! Also it’s free! Feel free to give feedback! metafy.gg/guides/view/a-shor…

Having someone who goes out of their way to support you can really put in perspective how much you’re loved and cared for. Lucky to have a best friend like that.

This is the correct way to respond to mistakes. They will happen at these long high stakes events; acting gracefully and professionally is what we need more of at competitive events. We take note, apologize, and try to do better next time. 🙏
To clarify what happened on stream: I played Turn to Dust (slow speed spell) during a showdown to buff my Ravenbloom Student, which is not a legal play. First, I want to apologize to my opponent. This mistake mattered and gave me an advantage, regardless of the outcome of the match (I lost). We were both trying to play fast, as there were only a few minutes left in game 3. In the middle of deciding what to grab from my Stacked Deck, my opponent asked if I could speed up. I got flustered worrying that I was taking too long, and I ended up playing TTD during the showdown… I mixed up the play speed with Acceptable Losses, which was my main board gear hate, and what I was used to playing in most my games instead of TTD. Ultimately, I rushed through my play, and because the situation was very tense and fast-paced, none of us at the table caught it. I'm just really sorry (and frankly embarrassed)… I’ve always sought to play at the highest level and this isn’t where I want to be at. I’m still figuring out how to be a top competitor while working full-time and making YT content. I haven't had enough reps recently, which resulted in a very amateurish showing. I'll make sure this doesn’t happen again and will do better in Hartford. Sorry everyone :(

The man who gave @housesarebig his first loss in Swiss and the man who almost beat out @samdsherman for the best of Rengar. Congrats to everyone especially @JDWRiftbound who had a crazy run at his first RQ

The riftbound stream [really really really] needs a way to show the hands of the players. Part of watching card-game (even poker) streams is the immersion from being able to see what the person is holding and then compare it against what you'd do as a viewer. Suggestion below

Finished 17th/1833 at Vancouver RQ Annie felt great and wish I could have won on stream to lock up top 8 but still happy to be qualified for both NA/EU regionals now. Hometown RQ was awesome for convenience and also having lots of friends to cheer for, lots of locals in top 64
