But this admin doesn’t want fairness & equality. It wants inequality to persist even when it’s fixable. It also wants corporations to believe DOJ guidance is law. It isn’t. And corporations that follow it is risk costly legal liability. Equality in the workplace is nonnegotiable.

The CA race is good practice for November. There will be manufactured allegations of fraud, attacks on mail-in voting (Trump’s personally preferred method) & myriad efforts to spoil the election. Voters must be discerning and patient.
