Day 4 Clinical Trial #WSC2024 @WorldStrokeOrg. rh proUrokinase was non-inferior to Alteplase. The PRAAN registry showed that 80% of patients post-EVT go home. I could not find the results of PUMICE and THEIA.

1)Take a history
2)examine the patient
3)based on 1)&2) try &localise the lesion
4)think about a differential diagnosis
You CAN make life really hard by NOT doing these things, hence the π€·ββοΈ
