@united - was supposed to have a 40 minute flight from EWR to ROC… boarded at 2:30pm… it is now 8:30pm and I’m still on the plan! AT EWR!!!! How can you kidnap people for 6 hours without the intent of taking off? No food. No water. 1 bathroom. #NORESPECT
