Patient voice must be included in the independent investigation into NHS performance to be led by Lord Darzi, announced by the new Health Secretary Wes Streeting patientsafetycommissioner.or…

Do you feel the joie de vivre that @marit_hiemstra and I feel when we speak with colleagues who are emotionally involved in their research?

Pat invites radical conversations about nursing in this podcast. Here we discuss how people (with a focus on nurses) are affected by an adverse event, the risk of compounded harm, and what a restorative approach might have to offer.
Check out this weeks episode of @RadNurseTalk! In this episode, Jo Wailling encourages us to consider a more restorative approach, with an aim to repair and heal rather than just punishing. By doing so, everyone—including those affected—can learn and grow. Hear more below⬇️

Already seeing academics tweeting about how much work they will do whilst university closed. Rest assured I won’t be working. Our work needs to be sustainable, healthy, fit into a working week otherwise we just set false expectations for ourselves & the next generation….
