For years we have debated if all OG adenocarcinoma cases develop via Barrett's. This landmark study from @OCCAMS_ICGC_DB @RFitzgerald_lab suggests they do! Cases without Barrett's have merely overgrown the Barrett's segment. nature.com/articles/s41591-0…
