⚠️Bear Creek Greenway Fire Season Restrictions Now In Effect - May 15, 2026 Pursuant to Chapter 1228.05(b) of the Jackson County Codified Ordinances, all off‑pavement use of the Bear Creek Greenway is prohibited during the Oregon Department of Forestry declared fire season. All users must remain on the paved path along the Bear Creek Greenway. Off‑pavement use of county‑owned property is prohibited. Restrictions will be enforced per Jackson County Codified Ordinance Chapters 1228.05(d) and 1228.09, in addition to applicable state statutes.
