Did another with @LaunchChair The results, impressive.. I like the fact that it provided me with the ICP pain score (very important) and the market saturation.. And I did all this with the free version🫰 Should I still go ahead with the build with the market saturation rate?

Grass has been touched 🌱 This week I’m working on: -one big @Buildhop_io feature 👀 -talking to at least 10 users -designing an affiliate program for @LaunchChair and all of the “boring” daily tasks that keep growth going 📈 What are you working on this week? 👇

Unfortunately, I realized that waaay too late
The reality is nobody cares about your MVP, quit procrastinating and ship the MVP so you can test your hypothesis. The real work is iterating once you start getting user feedback on the MVP, and that’s where most builders fail. The only way to win is get your MVP out as quick as possible, then ship iterations and enhancements daily based on feedback. If you’re defensive when feedback is presented and don’t rapidly iterate you’re cooked. If your MVP doesn’t get any feedback because you’re not able to find a single user either pivot or make a new MVP. This is how the game is played, NOBODY nails it right out of the gate with their MVP.

“Just get more distribution.” The most expensive lie in SaaS right now. A lot of builders are trying to market products that were never built around real user pain in the first place. The AI isn’t the problem. The order of operations is… launchchair.io/blog/vibe-cod…

🚨 Next week @Buildhop_io is going to allow you to spend your BuildHop points on boosting your launches in the Hop discovery feed… You get points every time you vote and leave feedback on launches, post to the founders feed, and get a certain amount of views or likes on your launch (so share your launches Hop discovery link) buildhop.io

Listened to the feedback of @Buildhop_io users and completely removed siderail ads, instead featured platforms will show at timely places in the user journey.

For someone on the spectrum distribution is incredibly painful and draining, it’s not that I don’t like connecting with potential customers, but putting on my sales hat takes an immense amount of masking and disassociation which is exhausting. Doing this manually and authentically has had the best conversion so I can’t automate a lot of my cold outreach.

Used this weekend to reset a little and connect with nature after shipping some huge things last week. Next week is going to be 100% distribution!

This boilerplate was also designed explicitly to make the LaunchChair prompt engine more powerful, so your auto-generated spec and build work better and your agent uses less tokens. You can build huge projects on a $20 plan…
LaunchChair V2 now starts every user project from a production-ready boilerplate worth $500 alone. Every project starts with a clean, secure, agent-focused architecture that helps Codex or Claude build faster, better, and with fewer tokens. What it comes with 👇 🪄Next.js App Router TypeScript 🪄Tailwind shadcn UI primitives 🪄Supabase Auth RLS 🪄Public blog with pretty URLs 🪄Admin panel with user metrics 🪄AGENTS md so Codex/Claude understand the project architecture and build with better standards 🪄design md so AI builds with stronger product taste and no slop 🪄Recipes for complex features and products (OCR, AI, NLP, etc) 🪄Stripe, PostHog, and Resend scaffolds and hooks 🪄Proper security and server/client env boundaries 🪄Recommended and required GitHub library constraints so agents build real features instead of thin hand-rolled placeholders 🪄Dynamic sitemaps, robots.txt, metadata, JSON-LD, and OG image setup 🪄Tons of goodies I can’t list. And this is just the beginning of the boilerplate, this will be refined and expanded on in the future.

With the @LaunchChair Agent API loop, our free boilerplate, and our prompt engine you can create complex SaaS products for your ICP’s real pain with a market wedge designed around ICP substitute behaviors and delight and complaint themes. IN HOURS, without ever writing a prompt.

It’s honestly INSANE how many builders do zero market research, build an MVP, never iterate or pivot the MVP when they have no traction, THEN BLAME DISTRIBUTION. It’s like a bad golfer who never practices blaming the golf ball…

We have a user in Southeast Asia using LaunchChair to spin up tons of MVP’s for his clients then he’s just vibe coding his clients requested revisions… Dude is living in the future and probably raking in money. 😂

@LaunchChair users with ZERO technical background will have better SaaS products than most SWE built products soon, grounded in proper product research and built explicitly for real ICP pain.
