We wrote a quick blog post on why Vibe Coding is broken, this explains why distribution is such a hot topic and why there are so many 0 MRR products right now. Give it a read: launchchair.io/blog/vibe-cod…

Did another with @LaunchChair The results, impressive.. I like the fact that it provided me with the ICP pain score (very important) and the market saturation.. And I did all this with the free version🫰 Should I still go ahead with the build with the market saturation rate?

Grass has been touched 🌱 This week I’m working on: -one big @Buildhop_io feature 👀 -talking to at least 10 users -designing an affiliate program for @LaunchChair and all of the “boring” daily tasks that keep growth going 📈 What are you working on this week? 👇

“Just get more distribution.” The most expensive lie in SaaS right now. A lot of builders are trying to market products that were never built around real user pain in the first place. The AI isn’t the problem. The order of operations is… launchchair.io/blog/vibe-cod…

With the @LaunchChair Agent API loop, our free boilerplate, and our prompt engine you can create complex SaaS products for your ICP’s real pain with a market wedge designed around ICP substitute behaviors and delight and complaint themes. IN HOURS, without ever writing a prompt.

We have a user in Southeast Asia using LaunchChair to spin up tons of MVP’s for his clients then he’s just vibe coding his clients requested revisions… Dude is living in the future and probably raking in money. 😂

This boilerplate was also designed explicitly to make the LaunchChair prompt engine more powerful, so your auto-generated spec and build work better and your agent uses less tokens. You can build huge projects on a $20 plan…
LaunchChair V2 now starts every user project from a production-ready boilerplate worth $500 alone. Every project starts with a clean, secure, agent-focused architecture that helps Codex or Claude build faster, better, and with fewer tokens. What it comes with 👇 🪄Next.js App Router TypeScript 🪄Tailwind shadcn UI primitives 🪄Supabase Auth RLS 🪄Public blog with pretty URLs 🪄Admin panel with user metrics 🪄AGENTS md so Codex/Claude understand the project architecture and build with better standards 🪄design md so AI builds with stronger product taste and no slop 🪄Recipes for complex features and products (OCR, AI, NLP, etc) 🪄Stripe, PostHog, and Resend scaffolds and hooks 🪄Proper security and server/client env boundaries 🪄Recommended and required GitHub library constraints so agents build real features instead of thin hand-rolled placeholders 🪄Dynamic sitemaps, robots.txt, metadata, JSON-LD, and OG image setup 🪄Tons of goodies I can’t list. And this is just the beginning of the boilerplate, this will be refined and expanded on in the future.

In my full time roles over the last 10 years my work has driven tens of millions in ARR, all SV tech companies in fintech, automation, medtech, and B2C. My work, my strategy, and my product leadership have helped drive significant revenue growth and even contributed to two major acquisitions while working on small teams. Now that I’m again building my own products all I’m focused on is customer success and customer outcomes, I’m not doing this to brag about MRR on X. Using either @LaunchChair or @Buildhop_io essentially guarantees you have two people with actual tech backgrounds who are obsessed with your success, your outcome, and your product. Our products will never be stagnant and you’ll always see improvements and enhancements. We will always be invested in our customers success and be available to help in anyway we can, @LaunchChair has a live chat within the product that goes directly to @tinytechfox and I, never a bot. We add features and fix bugs on @Buildhop_io within the same day our users ask about them.

This LaunchChair boilerplate and build phase overhaul has turned into a can of worms but holy shit this is powerful! Token usage for a finished product using Claude or Codex with LaunchChair has been reduced greatly. You can build big boy products on a $20 plan easily.

Building in public is cool and all… But don’t view this as a viable distribution channel unless you have a micro SaaS. SV and NYC startups all do the same things for growth before funding 👇 📍 Direct message people. 👉 Connect, generic opener that doesn’t look like spam or AI, once they reply hit them with a direct value prop or feedback ask. 📍 SEO / AEO with ask focused content. 👉 This isn’t a black box, it’s just research and work. If you want a free guide / playbook ask in the replies here. 📍 Paid ads and UGC (unfortunately). 👉 If you do this wrong you’re just burning money and won’t see conversion. 80% of UGC creators are bullshit with fake or low quality followers. 📍 Guest blogs and partnerships. 👉 People sleep on this because it’s old hat. This goes back to SEO / AEO and also gives you a shareable artifact where you can contextually talk about your product and your expertise. None of this is as fun as sitting on X obviously, but as soon as you realize appeasing the algorithm with musings and platitudes isn’t converting to paid customers the quicker you’ll be able to brag on X about your MRR (don’t do this 😂)

The 3-day build series was fun, but who’s ready to see a 3-hour agent loop build? This will use the new @LaunchChair boilerplate and all I do is fill out the Idea step in LaunchChair and then let an agent rip with our agent API / MCP. What should we build? Any ideas?

Great starting point to build your product 🚀🔥
Big update coming to @LaunchChair, every project created now starts from a rock solid Next.js boilerplate that we’ll be neurotically adding to and iterating on. This boilerplate comes with: 🛠️ SEO / GEO / AEO architecture and dynamic sitemaps. 🛠️ SPA / PWA routing and router. 🛠️ Insane caching and service workers. 🛠️ Hardcore security and RLS reqs. 🛠️ Agent context and guardrails. 🛠️ Auth and payment hooks. 🛠️ A ton of defined pages and dashboards. 🛠️ Better design taste and frontend patterns. 🛠️ A bunch of starters for numerous project types including OCR, AI / LLM wrappers, CRM tools, etc… People charge $400-$1000 for these boilerplates and we ship every LaunchChair build with a better one.

I've been saying this for a year, prompts are dead! That's why I built @LaunchChair, it's a loop for rapidly building product MVP's that don't skip the product thinking and market research. LaunchChair turns startup building into a structured product loop: research the market, find the wedge, generate the spec / PRD, build feature by feature, validate, and iterate. launchchair.io

Crazy seeing all this talk about Loops, guess what @LaunchChair is… A LOOP 😂 A loop that rapidly creates validated MVP’s with a clearly defined market wedge based off of actual ICP pain. All the product thinking most vibe coded products are missing in an MVP created with a fraction of the tokens you would have used vibe coding traditionally, and with better code / architecture / security / scalability… Use it step by step or use our Agent API / MCP. The way vibe coders are building is broken and not aligned with how successful startups and product teams build. Every successful startup does market research, competitive analysis, ICP substitute behavior mapping, and customer complaint / delight sentiment analysis; then based off that data they find a competitive feature wedge for their ICP. After they’ve found their wedge they create an MVP, rarely have they talked to a single customer at this point. Once their MVP is finished they start talking to customers, synthesize the feedback and then iterate or pivot their MVP. Meanwhile, you started vibing based off an idea, did zero real world research, asked a few mutuals “would you pay for this bro”. Then once your product is done you complain about distribution being your problem and go weeks without iterating the product. LaunchChair gives you the structure of a product team and holds your hand through the research, helps you rapidly create your MVP with an auto-generated PRD / spec / MVP blueprint, then based off that PRD and spec helps you actually build the MVP with feature by feature prompts that save on token usage and force your LLM to write better code and solid structure for scale. Building is fun. But building for actual user pain is smart! Validate your ideas now for free, no credit card needed! LaunchChair.io
