$YHC hitting wires now lawsuit brought on by an entity unrelated to @rleshner and now LQR House is trying to pivot to bitcoin mining, probably to save face with the lawsuit volatile times likely

Spent the morning digging through court records on the $YHC lawsuit. Filed 11 July, just three days before Leshner disclosed his acquisition. Still waiting on the full complaint and exhibits, but here is what I have so far: 1. The CEO of LQR House, Sean Dollinger, is referred to in court filings as also going by Yaakov Levtov. Not something you see every day. 2. Tamara Simon Dollinger, probably his wife, is listed as a co-defendant. 3. The complaint names over 25 defendants, including: – LQR House Inc. and LQR House Limited – Dollinger Holdings LLC – Country Wine & Spirits Inc. – Canadian entities like “1347608 B.C. Limited Corp” – Multiple directors and officers – CWS Cares Association (charity?) 4. According to the SEC filing, the claims are serious: breach of fiduciary duty, alter-ego liability, civil conspiracy, and more. 5. Kingbird is not playing around — they requested emergency relief: Temporary Restraining Order, injunctions, and an asset freeze. 6. The TRO was DENIED on 16 July, but a full hearing is scheduled for 14 August. 7. The complaint is backed by 37 exhibits across four appendices. This was not a rushed move — the case appears methodically prepared. 8 Kingbird is represented by Joel E. Tasca (apparently the guy on the photo). Will post more once I receive the full filings.

K33 is a Scandinavian crypto exchange mainly for corporate, for crypto storage and onboarding (H100 buys their Bitcoin from K33). They have been growing revenue steadily and they recently adopted a treasury strategy, currently owning 121 BTC, last purchase was yesterday of 36 BTC. I am told the CEO @TorbjrnBullJens is an OG BTC maxi who wrote his master thesis on BTC, is very transparent and communicative. Their current plan is to get to 1000 BTC as fast as possible and take it from there. I bought a stake in $YHC, a low market cap liquor company with a somewhat shady history.

Just checked out the YHC bylaws - per a November 2024 amendment, special meetings can be called by owners of 33 1/3% of voting shares (less than usual 50% threshold) - directors can be removed with a 2/3 vote of shareholders Call the meeting with haste @rleshner @matt_levine

I bought a controlling stake in $YHC, a low market cap liquor company with a somewhat shady history. My plan is to replace the board, and help the company explore new strategies.
