We were just geeking out with @tvrdek over his sophisticated Airtable setup for research analysis.
Back in the day, it would take hours to slice the data by persona vs. surface area vs. insight theme.
Now it's done in 3 clicks. What a time to be alive! 🥳

Is your Safari browser doing the same?
- type "maps" in address bar and Top Hits are 1. Apple Maps, 2. Google Maps
- press down arrow key to select Google Maps
- it automatically moves up to Apple Maps
- when you immediately/automatically press Enter you land on Apple Maps 🙈

If you want to reduce your carbon footprint, focus on what you eat, not whether your food is local.
The chart shows why: transport tends to account for only a small share of greenhouse gas emissions — the differences between different food choices are much larger.

Popped in to London last week for a bit of Sales team shadowing and contextual inquiry. So brilliant and insightful.💡

As a junior designer I often worried too much about who had what idea, and how many great solutions I came up with myself (how much value I added). But it's actually about eliciting the best ideas from everyone around, so the solution is the best it could be in the end. That's it
