"NHS pension" in the title does not mean all issues are solved to boost winter workforce Extending abatement certainly helps nurses & MHO Doesn't resolve AA & LTA issues making senior healthcare workers retire or reduce hours & we need them too, right? gov.uk/government/news/consu…

Please can any nurses ( & other NHS professionals) following me please complete the consultation (both retired & not). Retired NHS staff who came back to help out are already reducing their working hours & we can’t afford to lose more staff @JaneERutter @patcullen9 @alisonleary1

Still waiting for the promised letter to advise us @nhs_pensions
Replying to @CommonsHealth
@CommonsHealth Please ask 🆘 why the @nhs_pensions abatement is not being extended? At a time when the NHS is challenged & the workforce under greater pressure retired NHS staff will have to reduce working hours or see their pensions cut @gdcuk @theRCN @patcullen9 #QuestionJavid

Did you know those that retired and returned to work in NHS to support covid crisis in March 2020 are being asked to reduce hours they work or leave to avoid losing their pension payment by this March 25th. Surely NHS abatement should continue at least for a few months???

@itvnews @GMB lots of us are happy to carry on working to support the NHS, the government have said that those staff that retired and returned will have to leave or reduce hours, unless they happy to lose their pension payment. Surely it’s not the right time??
Last day as a Matron after 20 years. Emotional. I’ve worked with so many hardworking, dedicated teams. Honestly it’s been a pleasure. Keep on being fabulous and thank you for all your hard work and support 👍 👏 @WorcsAcuteNHS @MatronNetwork

Our intrepid 6th formers proudly wore their bespoke high vis’ North jackets as they went off to litter pick in the local area. Full of determination & with much merriment, they’re representing North’s family values about caring for others & our local community. We’re very proud

Aww just seen this post, 37 years today I started my nurse training. Never have I been so proud of my profession and all my nhs colleagues #nhs #oneteamworkingtogether #proud @WorcsAcuteNHS
Not long home from a busy day and now reflecting that today 36 years ago I started my nurse training. Where has the time gone? The last 17 as a Matron. Tears, hard work & laughter but so rewarding and hopefully still make a difference everyday. A big thank you all @WorcsAcuteNHS
