I want to formally apologize to JamsVaultCollectibles.
After looking at everything more carefully, I believe both of us were telling the truth. I did not open the Koala case before shipping it, and I no longer believe JamsVaultCollectibles opened it either. Something must have happened during shipping, or the seals were weak enough that the item could appear tampered with even if neither party did anything wrong.
I reacted strongly because another seller with a similar โJamsโ name had been connected to scams in the VeeFriends community, and the timing made the situation feel suspicious. The small briefcase with the potential QR code win was definitely sealed, and that was the only thing I could imagine someone trying to scam over.
That said, after opening the Koala case myself, Iโm happy I did. I donโt believe JamsVaultCollectibles was trying to scam me, and Iโm sorry for the accusation and confusion.
The real issue seems to be that the
@VeeFriends seals are not secure enough. One of the seals was still totally intact, but the case had enough give that someone could potentially get their hand inside because of the smaller seals used. Why not use 3 large seals?
Again, I apologize to JamsVaultCollectibles. I should have waited until I had a clearer picture before making an accusation.
