Heard a podcast today that it’s better to be setup as an s-corp vs LLC? What are the pros and cons for both? As a solopreneur with overhead of under $10k a year to run, what’s the best move? Setup my firm as an LLC last year & paid taxes. Pretty big tax bill in April.

A college kid came by to give me a quote for yard work. We need about 100 cubic yds of mulch. It’s a lot. Going to prep beds/pull weeds/edge/ spread new layer of mulch across my property. He was prepared & closed me on the spot. Pics coming Saturday to guess $$$
