I haven't been able to keep track of all the chaos in the streets tonight. But Bogotá is exploding in protest after cops killed an unarmed man. Many small police stations (CAIs) are on fire and lots of violence is being captured on video. At least one man has been shot reportedly

I'm begging screenwriters to stop showing me what happened to characters as children. Nobody cares, we don't need an Important Incident that defines their entire existence. Adults can just be how they are and, actually, it's way more interesting to not see flashbacks.

Finished The Penguin. One of the best pilots I've seen and very strong first half with some great points throughout. Then started to get tedious and peter out though — ending with one of the worst finales on record. Very disappointing. Colin was incredible, just a real bad story.
