Golf sucks without Tiger Woods.

24 years after my lowest recorded round of 63. I finally eclipsed it by one carding a 62 on a more difficult course. What’s changed? Equipment used is much better than 24 years ago (I think). However, I don’t hit the ball as far as I did then. I was amateur then, and a professional now. I have more knowledge and experience in the game than I had then. Golf is so weird, and so awesome!

Tried to tell more than one that the tour wouldn’t shoot super low at Hurstbourne, was told I’m nuts, it’s on my 7,000 yards. It’s one of the most difficult courses I’ve played. Especially when set up to be firm and fast. If you ever get an opportunity to play it, do so.

Whether you like, don’t like or agree with the temporary water ruling Sam Burns received, it was the correct ruling. Formerly referred to by rule as casual water, it must be breaking the surface and visible. He should have known the rule to begin with, more so he should have accepted the ruling by the first official. He lost his focus and composure. It happens sometimes, accept the outcome and play ball.
