Some wisdom from “The Chuckstar”…
Charles Barkley: "Wemby's in shock right now. It's probably been a long time since he got his ass kicked like this... Wemby's spinning... He's 22. He's gonna own the league soon. But right now, big KAT is just taking his ass to the woodshed. Plain and simple." 🏀🎙️#NBAFinals

Praying for your recovery and peace, my man.
Some personal news: You won't be reading, seeing, or hearing me for a bit. Before last Pats season, I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. My goal was to do the full season. I did, then re-weighed treatment plans. Recent scans showed additional cancerous areas. Time for surgery...

Big Fitz was so cool. Will be missed immensely. Love. Respect. Peace.
My father was a man of strength, love and encouragement. He opened countless doors for me and my brother. He believed in us and pushed us to pursue every opportunity with conviction, he was the rock of our family. He taught us that perseverance, hard work, and unwavering commitment are the foundations of a meaningful life and personal success. I will carry his love, words, and wisdom with me always.

Sad news. RIP, Fitz. 💔
It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our father, Larry Fitzgerald Sr. A devoted father, husband, grandfather, and a true pioneer in the Minnesota broadcasting community, he spent his life pouring into the people and the city he loved so much. He left us peacefully this afternoon, surrounded by his family and the people who loved him most. We are so grateful for the incredible care and kindness shown by the team at the University of Minnesota Fairview Southdale Hospital during this time. We ask that you keep our family in your thoughts and prayers as we navigate these first difficult days. With love, The Fitzgerald Family

Powerful piece...built on humanity.
Today is the last day of Mental Health Awareness Month. But it’s important we keep the conversation going — esp, in the wake of Marshawn Kneeland Rondale Moore’s deaths. Worked really hard on this feature in hopes that it may help someone. Thank you to everyone involved 💚🙏🏾

So much love and respect for Charlie Neal. Yeah, we’ve got some history.
Mr. Neal mentored a 15-year-old @JarrettBell, who would later get in the sports Journalism business and go on to win the Bill Nunn Jr. Award. He has his name in the @ProFootballHOF thanks in part to Mr. Neal.

Way to go, @Realrclark25! So well-said. Admire your courage and willingness to share this. Leadership by example.
I started therapy looking for excuses not solutions. Reasons to be who I wanted to be were more attractive than guidance to be who I needed to. The idea of counseling was new to me. Growing up we didn’t do depression. You either found a way to push through or prayed it away. So, initially shame, embarrassment & ego kept me guarded. I wasn’t allowing therapy to work, because essentially I was lying about who I truly was! Until one, day I said, “eff it. I’m telling it all”, & that was the first day of accountability… the first day of healing. #RCconfessionals #MentalHealthAwareness #Therapy

Kudos, Gary! Loved the book, looking forward to the documentary.
Well, this is pretty big personal news. It's going to be an amazing movie: Los Angeles – April 18, 2026 – Winter State Entertainment today announced it has partnered with Oscar nominated Alec Sokolow (Toy Story) and Emmy nominated Sam Sokolow (Genius) to produce a documentary feature film, "Once A Giant," a present-day story about the 1986 Super Bowl champions 40 years after their win. The film is based on author Gary Myers’ best selling book and will be told by the Giants themselves in new interviews with head coach Bill Parcells, as well as Giants greats including Phil Simms, Mark Bavaro, Lawrence Taylor, Jim Burt, George Martin, Carl Banks and more. The movie details how the players and their families - and the values and lessons they learned - resulted in their on-field heroics and led to extraordinary friendships and a brotherhood that has lasted until this very day.
