Largest Ethereum Treasury Company Bitmine Plans 3 Million Shares of 9.50% Perpetual Preferred Stock, Proceeds May Be Used to Acquire Additional ETH Bitmine Immersion Technologies announced a proposed offering of 3 million shares of 9.50% Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock. The company said net proceeds may be used to acquire additional ETH and other digital assets, expand staking and validator infrastructure including MAVAN, pursue strategic investments related to the Ethereum ecosystem and broader digital asset adoption, fund working capital, and repurchase common stock.

Strategy sold 32 Bitcoin last week (~$2.5M) 99.9% of people also missed that they also increased their USD cash reserve by $29 million. ( 3.3%) If they increase their cash reserve 3.3% every week, it’d be back at $2.25B by December. In the four trading days last week, $MSTR traded 59.2 million shares. Strategy sold 801,994 (1.35%) These ATM proceeds ATM paid the $STRC dividend raised the USD cash reserve by 3.3% in a shortened holiday week. Strategy is going to pay the dividends. 🇹🇼 TAIWAN WANTS TO PUT PART OF ITS $602B RESERVES INTO BITCOIN A Taiwanese legislator has urged its government to explore putting part of its $602B foreign exchange reserves into Bitcoin. He argues Taiwan holds 80% of its reserves in U.S. dollar assets, which creates risk if the dollar weakens or geopolitics get worse. $BTC is then being pitched as an alternative that cannot be frozen, seized, or controlled by another country.
