Recently received 2 unsolicited, handwritten sticky notes. One was attached to a box of homemade cookies, the other to the windshield of my car. I feel like this pair sums up this school year rather well, but I don’t know why.

Anyone know a good tool to run a secure, electronic election? Need: 1 vote per person, only union members able to vote, open for a specific time window, must be anonymous, doesn't have to be free. TIA!

Grateful @CVS is now allowing K12 Ts to get vaccine, but there must be a better system than one resembling trying to get tickets to a T Swift concert. Already juggling 1/2 class in person and 1/2 on Zoom. Now I need another tab open to CVS that I refresh every 15 minutes!? Ugh.

Tomorrow is my first day teaching with students physically in front of me in 6 months. Excited/anxious to begin a professional challenge like no other I've experienced. Super excited to see my Ss in person!

Hey @EricButash, why not have Ss create @zoom_us accounts and then invite to scheduled meetings? Was thinking this would be safer, and also wanted to try it so breakout rooms could be preassigned. Bad idea?

Day 1 of DL was amazing today. So great to “see” my Ss and check in. Also cool to see them help each other and troubleshoot (FaceTiming a friend in to our Zoom who couldn’t connect).
