i'm in a really bad place mentally. i just keep thinking i don't want any of this anymore. this life i have been building. it'll all go to shit & i'll be a huge disappointment again eventually, because that is the type of person i am. so why wait? i hate these intrusive thoughts.

The best life decisions I ever made was giving up alcohol over 26 years ago I became a successful racing driver I have consistently kept fit going to the gym 4-5 times a week I built a successful business I enjoy life and rarely get stressed and can deal with it open minded if I do I have a heart value defect from birth that shows no change at annual appointments I meditate daily Now I can hear the people saying “that’s boring” and “it helps me relax” Believe me drinking does not help you relax it just destroys seeing the true essence and beauty life has to offer I believe anyone who doesn’t drink or take narcotics can have anything they wish for out of this life If you do one thing this year STOP DRINKING ALCOHOL 🙏
