Delighted our paper describing an agnostic approach to identify Mtb-specific protective antibodies is finally out! We characterize an LpqH-specific mAb that was identified as IgG1 and IgA1 in the human donor. nature.com/articles/s41541-0… 1/2

Some isotypes of the same mAb are more protective than others -- IgA and IgG2 performed better in a murine challenge model. With colleagues @RBouzeyen , Hao Li, Shivankari and Paul MacAry.
