I am going to start following @drmarlonperalta, this is an informative post on the healing effects of BPC157 written by a pharmaceutical professional.
BPC-157 healed 10 years of chronic lower back pain Then I used it to heal knee shoulder injuries AND to speed up recovery from surgery. Here are 6 lessons from my experiences (#5 is one you haven't heard of) 1. Normal dosing advice isn't enough

Interesting discussion in the post by @TheCryptoDaddi about KLOW and GLOW blends, dosing, and more.
Can someone explain KLOW & GLOW to me? I understand that it’s a blend of really amazing peptides but the split is really bizarre. Example: KLOW 80mg blend - 50mg GHKcu - 10mg BPC-157 - 10mg TB500 - 10mg KPV These all require significantly different doses (I guess I should say “suggest” not require.) I guess I just would like someone to explain how it works when you take significantly more than suggested (TB500 is suggested at 2.5mg twice a week, while BPC is suggested at 1mg a day) Talk to me biohack nerds 🫡

Bloodwork and body composition measurements are the key to successful research. If you do not do these things, you are gambling with your health and allowing vanity to rule your decision making. These are the results of my latest cycles (4 months). Metrics provide understanding!

I have been SUPER skeptical of ordering gray market products. Your comment below about them trying to sneak in 10ml unlabeled generic vials proves my skepticism to be valid. You would need to perform chromatography, endotoxin, and heavy metal tests to ensure you are safe.
PRO TIP: get your glutathione pre-labeled. gray market professionalism hits different. #glutathione #peptides

I am 49 and these and have been researching peptides for over a year. These are the peptides that have had the greatest impact on my health. Retatrutide, Epithalon, NAD , MOTS-c, KLOW (BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-CU, KPV), PT-141, and CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin. @morellifit, do you agree?

Been taking 10mg daily for the last year. My blood pressure is now within normal range and I have been able to stop taking Losartan and Amlodipine. In addition, the consequential effects of aging performance in the bedroom has been reversed. This is a solid protocol to research!
Replying to @morellifit
Highly underrated tool. Will probably be part of any man’s standard protocol sooner, rather than later.

Peptides are already mainstream for anyone paying attention. The GLP-1 wave was just the warm-up. Reta, BPC, MOTS-c, TB-500.. people running full stacks now. The real moat will be quality sourcing and education — that's where most get it wrong.

I am a cybersecurity professional and actively researching peptides. Ask me anything on these two topics and I'll provide a thoughtful response.

Great post by @HunterEsoteric rebutting the argument that BPC-157 "causes cancer." I'll be adding him to my list of folks to follow for peptide research!
The most common criticism of BPC-157 is that it causes cancer. So I pulled the study. 2018 study, C26 colon cancer mice. BPC-157 reduced muscle wasting, lowered TNF-alpha and IL-6, and prolonged survival. The tumors did not get worse. Survival actually improved.

Southeast Texas horse flies draw blood with their bites and you are telling me that men are scared of insulin needles?!? Come on....man up! What happened to "no pain, no gain?!?" 🤣
Men…scared of needles?! You literally have no chance at surviving against the machines…

4 mg seems to be the sweet spot! I have taken up to 6 mg and found it to cause upset stomach and sulphur gas issues. When I dialed it back to 4 mg, same results without the complications.
4 mg of Reta has me noticeably leaner. This will probably be my dose for the foreseeable future. Still no side effects worth noting. - Sleep is dialed in - Food suppression was intense the first 3 days; now it’s settled, allowing me to eat only what’s important much more easily - RHR hasn’t changed since starting my first dose of retatrutide - Overall RHR has only increased by roughly 5 bpm So far I am very happy with the results from Retatrutide. I don’t see the need to titrate up any further. Diet and exercise should carry me the rest of the way.

I just started Epithalon and have experienced the best sleep in a long time!
TOP 10 PEPTIDES … I’ve tested (in no particular order): 1. Tirzepatide — still one of the best for appetite control, body composition, and adherence. 2. Retatrutide — potentially the strongest fat loss tool I’ve seen… if you’re okay with the tradeoff of a more elevated resting HR. 3. Selank (nasal) — on-demand calm. Takes the edge off without making me feel flat. 4. Semax (nasal) — on-demand focus. One of my favorites for productivity. 5. MOTS-c — better mitochondrial health, fuel utilization, metabolic flexibility, and energy. 6. 5-Amino-1MQ — body recomposition, muscle retention, and helping my body stay lean between cycles (not tech peptide). 7. Tesofensine — mood, drive, appetite control, and a little extra fat burning (not tech a peptide). 8. Epithalon — this one surprised me. My resting heart rate dropped. Recovery felt different. Sleep felt deeper. The craziest part? There were nights where 6 hours felt like I got 8. 9. Pinealon — paired with Epithalon this became one of the most noticeable stacks I’ve tested. More mental clarity, better recovery, calmer nervous system, and I felt sharper despite less sleep. 10. GHK-Cu (cosmetic) — skin quality, appearance, recovery, and one of my favorite cosmetic compounds. Nothing replaces: Sleep. Training. Protein. Sunlight. Stress management. But these are the compounds that have given me through personal experience the best results.

Oath Research has amazing peptides. Packaging is top notch and customer service is amazing! Link in my bio and a discount code for 20% off your purchase. I have been using them for over 6 months and seen amazing changes in physical health, cognitive function, and better sleep.
BPC-157 was tested on HUMAN knees. Not rats. Humans. 16 patients. Real knee pain. Osteoarthritis. Meniscus tears. Ligament damage. Their doctors gave them two options: cortisone or surgery. They got BPC-157 instead. 90% reported pain relief. Not for a week. Not for a month. Past 6 MONTHS. (PMID: 34324435) Every time someone says “it’s just rat studies” — show them this. Cortisone numbs pain for 3 weeks then BREAKS DOWN the collagen holding your knee together. You pay $500 to accelerate the damage. Surgery costs $15,000-50,000. Months of recovery. And most knees are never the same. BPC-157 grows new blood vessels into the damage. Builds fresh collagen. Activates repair your body stopped sending. → 90% pain relief past 6 months → no surgery → no cortisone → no side effects reported → a peptide your stomach already makes 16 patients. 90% success. Published. Peer-reviewed. Your orthopedic surgeon charges $30,000 and gives you a 60% chance. BPC-157 cost a fraction and hit 90%. That’s not even the craziest thing BPC-157 has done. Check the comments.

Foundation laid. Next step is the nasal protocol. Looking forward to seeing the results. So far, I've been able to cut my Adderall use in half. The goal is to completely be off Adderall by following this protocol. I'll keep you posted with my progress!
My experience with intranasal vs injectable semax and selank, after trying both.

Semax, Selank, Dihexa, Pinealon for cognitive enhancement. Epithalon and DSIP for improved sleep. Reta, SLU-PP-332, and MOTS-c for weight management. KLOW (BPC-157, GHK-CU, TB-500, KPV) for skin, recovery, and inflammation. NAD for energy. LL-37 for immunity boost.
Hey @grok Which peptide do you think becomes the most talked-about peptide over the next 5 years and why? Not just hype wise, but real-world impact across longevity, fat loss, recovery, cognition, metabolic health, and performance curious to see where the science, anecdotal data, and public attention eventually collide.

Even the most meticulous people make mistakes. It would be interesting for a "True Confessions" or "Honorable Mention Darwin Award" type account for folks to post their "Oh, Sugar-Honey-Iced-Tea" moments of personal research! 😬
When you have a stack of 4 peptides and you realize after you’ve pinned that you might have mixed up the doses.

6 months ago, I was physically falling apart. • 250 lbs • Pre-diabetic • Stage 2 hypertension • High cholesterol & poor liver/kidney functions I never felt rested. I was crippled by horrible full-body inflammation and had terrible flexibility. I knew I had to make a drastic change. 🧵 (1/3)

That rock bottom led me to dive deep into researching peptides. Before starting anything, I sat down with my doctor and got a comprehensive baseline blood panel. Armed with data, I mapped out a strict 3-phased approach targeting my core issues: 1️⃣ Sleep optimization 2️⃣ Weight-loss 3️⃣ Inflammation reduction (2/3)

The results 6 months later? • Down to 215 lbs • Normal blood sugar & cholesterol • Normal liver/kidney functions • OFF blood pressure medication! My doctor says I’m the healthiest I’ve been in the 15 years we've been working together. Follow me & comment "Tell me more" and I’ll create more posts sharing my exact research protocol. 👇 ⚠️ Disclaimer: My posts are for educational and research purposes only.
