Our great fella Monty has received a well-deserved Presidential recognition for the work done fundraising for Ukraine. Every NAFO OG knows who Monty is and what his work early in the war truly meant to all of us. Let's help him get to Kyiv and be there in person Thank you gofundme.com/f/help-JD-trave…

Every time I feel like quitting, somehow you people rally together. I love this feeling. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart! I really want to do this for the kids, have 2 NAFO branded playgrounds. 330.58 eur raised in the last 48 hours. I love you all. 😍 Here is the math: Raised: 5,885.23 eur Left to raise: 5.114.77 eur If you want to join the mission, all info is available in the quoted tweet. Thank you!
"MISSION JOY: IMPOSSIBLE NO MORE" A high-stakes race against time to bring playgrounds to the children of Svalyava and Chynadyiovo Orphanages. Mission Briefing: "Agent Horia, your mission—should you choose to accept it—does not involve stealing secret files or disarming bombs. Instead, you are tasked with delivering something far more powerful: joy. Your objective: to install two outdoor playgrounds in the orphanages of Svalyava and Chynadyiovo by June 1st. The clock is ticking. The children are waiting. Failure is not an option." Act I: The Stakes (Desperation and Hope) Svalyava and Chynadyiovo: Two orphanages where children dream of simple pleasures—like swinging, sliding, and laughing in the sun. The Reality: Empty courtyards, worn-out equipment, and a childhood stolen by circumstance. The Challenge: How do you turn barren spaces into kingdoms of adventure in just a few weeks? The Gadgets (Tools of the Mission): The Playgrounds: Not just metal and plastic, but tools of transformation—weapons against boredom and sadness. The Logistics: Transport, assembly, and the element of surprise—all synchronized like a Swiss watch. The Team: Volunteers, donors, and partners—unsung heroes making the impossible, possible. Act II: Execution (Tension and Triumph) Day Zero: The equipment leaves the warehouse. "72 hours until deadline." Obstacles: Rough roads, customs delays, and a race against time. Key Moments: Arrival in Svalyava: "First playground assembled. The children watch with wide eyes, unaware of the surprise awaiting them." Chynadyiovo: "Second playground complete. Time: 14:59. Mission almost accomplished." Act III: The Impact (The Reward) June 1st, 15:00: The grand reveal. Screams of joy, laughter, and children racing to claim their new playground. Reactions :A 7-year-old boy in Svalyava: "Now we have a park, just like in the stories!" A caretaker in Chynadyiovo: "We don’t know how to thank you. You’ve brought light here." Mission Accomplished: "Agent Baciu, you did it. You turned two empty courtyards into worlds of joy." Epilogue (The Final Message): In this world, some missions don’t require explosions or high-speed chases to be heroic. Sometimes, all it takes is a playground, a group of children, and an open heart. Mission Joy is complete. But the adventure has only just begun... If you want to become an 'agent' in a mission like this, reach out. Your next assignment: - donate at paypal.me/ztele85 or buymeacoffee.com/ztele85 or 4fund.com/szeckp - get your gear ready and spread the word Misson key points: - 11,000 eur to be raised - Deadline: May 28th - Mission locations: Svalyava, Chynadyiovo, Vil'shany, Turya Remetiv (all in Zakarpattia Oblast, Western Ukraine)

Why the head on a man's penis is larger than the shaft? Several years ago, Great Britain funded a study to determine why the head on a man's penis is larger than the shaft. The study took two years and cost over 1.2 million pounds. The study concluded that the reason the head of a man's penis is larger than the shaft is to provide the man with more pleasure during sex. After the results were published, France decided to conduct their own study on the same subject. They were convinced that the results of the British study were incorrect. After three years of research at a cost of in excess of 2 million Euros, the French researchers concluded that the head of a man's penis is larger than the shaft to provide the woman with more pleasure during sex. When the results of the French study were released, Australia decided to conduct their own study. The Aussies didn't really trust British or French studies. So, after nearly three hours of intensive research and a cost of right around 75 dollars (three cases of beer), the Aussie study was complete. They concluded that the reason the head on a man's penis is larger than the shaft is to prevent your hand from flying off the end and hitting you in the forehead.

I’ve been approached by a volunteer group in Khmelnytskyi. They are willing to send 5-6 volunteers to come and build everything that is made from wood. Deck, swings, sandboxes, little cabins etc. On 2 conditions: 1. It will be done in July 2. I have to agree to let a Ukrainian vlogger document everything. I don’t have to pay for labor and they will stay at Svalyava as long as it takes. ☺️
Funny how things fall in place when you need it more. Have I got news for you! A little later 😁

50 eur in the last 24 hrs, thanks to Martha! So far, we managed to raise 5,293.94 eur Left to raise: 5,706.06 eur Just shy of 1/2 point! That being said, I have an update. For the last month, I've been exploring different options and solutions for both orphanages. I thought the best course of action was to have a local company supply the products and install them. Unfortunately, the quotes I received are so inflated that it became WAY beyond my budget. So I have to look elsewhere. It's not a problem per se, I'm just a little frustrated. The latest offer I received was for 471,000 UAH just for the equipment 213,268 UAH for labor costs. All of the products are severely over priced, except for the floor tiles, which are priced fair, more or less. So I decided to give this offer a hard pass.

I've been busy for the last couple of days, I have another project that is taking up much of my time. That being said, this campaign got stuck again. Now, far from me to sound threatening, but we can do this the easy way or the hard way. The easy way is to keep pushing to reach the halfway point by Friday. Then everyone is happy. The hard way is... let's just say it's hard. I can let the kids know, and they won't be happy. They may be small, but their strength lies in numbers, and there's 300 of them. They will come around and kick our collective asses. Just saying. Thank you for your help! Raised: 2,745.40€ Left to raise: 8,254.6€ @indigonl still has 609,80€ matching funds left!

Romanian Think Tank New Strategy Center publishes “(Con)Trolling the Russian Information Warfare Efforts: North Atlantic Fella Organization’s Digital Activism against Moscow’s Wartime Propaganda”, a study dedicated to one of the most unconventional phenomena of contemporary information warfare: the role of memetic culture and digital activism in support of Ukraine. 📍The study analyzes how the North Atlantic Fella Organization (#NAFO) has asserted itself as a decentralized digital actor, able to combine humor, irony, and online visual culture with concrete goals of challenging Russian propaganda and mobilizing international solidarity for Ukraine. The analysis follows both the offensive dimension of memetic activism — by ridiculing pro-Kremlin narratives — and the defensive dimension, by strengthening the legitimacy and informational resilience of the pro-Ukrainian camp. 📣By exploring the relationship between hybrid warfare, influence operations and so-called "memetic warfare", the study shows that NAFO is not only a viral expression of internet culture, but also a relevant example of how digital communities can produce symbolic, political and even material effects in conflict contexts. At the same time, the analysis highlights how such forms of online mobilization can function as tools of civic resilience, crowdfunding and transnational support in a war marked by narrative competition and informational confrontation. 📍The study thus proposes a broader reflection on the transformation of digital activism in the context of contemporary conflicts and on how new forms of online participation can influence both the information space and the broader architecture of democratic resistance to hybrid aggression. 📚The analysis was carried out by Răzvan Ceuca, expert in cyber and international relations at the New Strategy Center, and the peer review was done by Iulian Popa, Senior Associate Expert, New Strategy Center. The study can be accessed here: newstrategycenter.ro/wp-cont…
