✨😱Firing up the old PC this afternoon to launch my Midnight Limited Edition World of Warcraft, and visit my home away from home for the past 21 years. I totally transferring my consciousness into my Avatar when I’m done here; she’s my alter ego in a much more fun and expansive simulation.
I have been a hardcore gamer going way back to the mid 80’s in the arcade and then my PC days in the early 90’s. I started WoW in the vanilla days as a hardcore raider and guild member of a progression first group. Now I limited my game time to days I can focus long enough on anything other than gear up hard enough to survive the next expansion in total comfort. It’s my safe and familiar space to explore when this one is intolerable and foreign.
Guess I was a product of my programming in HS, ultimately. I love the outdoors, I did that too, but I’m equally at home in every zone and boss encounter in Azeroth. Is it weird to be this emotionally invested in a place and character in a different reality? Of course not, you are already somewhere else playing the character of you, here. 😎😂🤭👌
Scythia was my main at the beginning but Niccii is my GIRL! She’s an undead blood DK, most OP build and toon in the game because I don’t like hard mode, I like hella rewarding! 👊🤣
Anyone else a total NERD living an alt life in a game because this one sucks so bad? 😂 I salute you.

🚨B&M deny, deflect, litigate and try and slither away from all their lies. No one can believe a single word they say because we have yet to hear any truth backed by evidence from Bricks and Minifigs Corporate.
Remember the UHAUL and the spreadsheets? The consignment contract is still valid, regardless of corporate feelings, and they used a hostile franchise seizure to boost the LEGO and move it to Brandon’s store.
Because of the asset seizure, without public notice, Crystal couldn’t fulfill her obligations to the consignment agreement. That’s is on B&M Corporate. At the end of the day, it’s their responsibility regardless of all the subterfuge and nonsense.

🚨LEGO apparently used to be a solid investment for collectors wanting a nice safe but whimsical place to park some future money.
🔵Today, that may not be true with market saturation of collectibles that at this point may just be down to collectors buying and selling to each other rather than to a new market of young collectors.
🔴GenX is scaling down towards retirement and GenZ have limited funds and space in apartments for massive collections of sealed boxes and accoutrements and they are becoming more consumer adverse as prices continue to rise on basic items like food.
⚪️This, like the diamond business, may be the beginning of the end for LEGO as an investment strategy. This Bricks and Minifigs scandal may serve as the catalyst to bring the entire LEGO buy, sell and trade market to come crashing down.

🚨Part 2: Daniel McNeff throws his sons/Bricks and Minifigs under the bus! The McNeff family drama will spill over - Their own father's court filling will be used against BAM. He calls his sons and BAM, FAILURES - He claims they took money for BAM because it was not profitable and never has been. What is the family drama about? Was there infidelity? The more we dig - the more gold we find!
"I know you are trying to mend a family here, but this is not working. Matt and Ammon bought a BAM store of their own that has never come close to being profitable. Their salaries from Legally Mine do not provide enough money for their own needs and the needs of the store as well.
This whole takeover has been about getting access to the Legally Mine accounts so they can use the funds to provide for their own failures, particularly with BAM. If they came to me and said we need money (which they have done on occasion), I have never, nor would I have denied them funds. It is confusing to me that they would file this lawsuit instead of simply talking to me.
They are angry because of the issues between myself and their mother. That is not an excuse for them to try and take Legally Mine from me and, in a round-about-way; they just don't realize that they are stealing from their mother as well. In trying to split the baby, the only thing that has been accomplished here is that the baby is dying and it seems to me that the paramount thing we were trying to do is protect the baby, not kill it

BAM's Joshua Johnson said to Zilla only 2-3 layaway items were in the store when he took over. ONE PROBLEM... he told Oregon Police otherwise.
In the police report, he told them "the VAST MAJORITY of items in the store were layaway items".
