UPDATE - the government is arguing that the President does actually have the authority to simply declare any non-citizens to be "alien enemies" who can be deported to foreign prisons.
We should care because 1) those people have rights, and 2) we're next.

If you accept that non-citizens have no right to due process, you are accepting that citizens have no right to due process. All the government has to do is claim that you are not a citizen; without due process you have no chance to prove the contrary.

Hello, US Government Tech Support?
I have Constitutional Republic 2.0 with checks & balances, but recent updates have made it buggy and unstable. Now "Totalitarian Plutocracy" is using all system resources and shutting down programs. It's totally unresponsive to command prompts.
