Hi @AvantiWestCoast - why do you provide reservations for bikes but then let bikes with no reservations get on anyway meaning thereβs no room for reserved bikes?

We can finally reveal the latest data on public satisfaction with the NHS and social care - with joint analysis from @TheKingsFund and @NuffieldTrust. The headlines do not make for happy reading. Satisfaction with NHS down to lowest ever in 40 years to 24%.
